Anatomy of the Spine Chicago Chiropractic Physical Therapy MVP Chiro PT 60451 60602

Maintaining spinal disc height is very important to keep yourself symptom free of spine pain and radiculopathies. Eating anti-inflammatory foods and staying hydrated can help to keep bones dense, and maintain nerve conduction. The more hydrated you keep your discs, the more space there is between each vertebral body.  A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces. (weight 200/2= 100 oz daily). Incorporating bone supporting exercises will increase the health of your spine. The nervous system is the most important part of the human body as it allows us to function. If you are not taking care of your spine or have symptoms, don’t wait, learn how to maintain your spinal health today!
