Dr. Nate combines therapeutic chiropractic techniques with customized exercises to support lasting recovery and overall wellness. Rather than focusing solely on the joints, he treats the entire musculoskeletal system to identify and correct muscular imbalances before addressing joint mobility. This comprehensive approach leads to more effective, longer-lasting results for his patients.
Dr. Nate then shifts his focus to helping patients build healthy, long-term posture habits that support a pain-free lifestyle. His approach includes guided exercises to stretch tight muscles, strengthen weaker ones, and engage the core to improve balance and maintain lasting stability.
Dr. Nate is currently training for his third marathon in New York, having already completed the Chicago Marathon twice. An avid traveler and passionate angler, he enjoys exploring the Midwest’s best fishing spots in his downtime. A self-proclaimed foodie and enthusiastic home cook, Dr. Nate is always ready to share his favorite culinary recommendations—perfect for keeping patients pleasantly distracted during treatments. He lives in Roscoe Village, where he enjoys taking his French Bulldog on daily walks, and recently welcomed a Bengal cat into the family to keep his pup company.
